The complete collection of song lyrics written by Ano for the band Nagdeo, spanning from 1987 to 2017.  More than 150 songs, including a handful of poems and prayers that aren’t set to music.

Unlike most bands who write a dozen or so songs and then make an album, and then tour the new songs and then do it again for their next album,  Ano, who devoted his 20s and 30s to healing himself and developing the GaiaYoga teaching and GaiaYoga Gardens, is only now starting to make albums of his songs after most of them have been written.  He is still sitting on another ten albums worth of songs already written and organized into concept albums that express the energy of GaiaYoga and True Human Freedom in music.

Nagdeo is currently working on the 3rd album!  The drum and percussion tracks are done and the rest of the instrumentation and vocals are being recorded.,  The third album, entitled praYang for yIntegrity, is a concept album containing  songs about bringing health, integrity and balance to the immature masculine via both the mature masculine and mature feminine.  If all goes well it will be released before the end of 2020!
